Control Room

We provide a 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week recovery and rescue service which is managed from our state-of-the-art control centre. Tried and tested technology is the key to our operation and we have invested in MTS Turbo Track and Turbo dispatch systems to ensure that we can respond quickly and efficiently to our customers’ needs - first time, every time.
A1 call handlers and control centre staff undergo rigorous training so that they can ensure that the most appropriate vehicle and equipment is deployed.
Attention to detail and customer care are at the forefront of our service and we ensure that customers are regularly updated on the location of their vehicle and the progress of its repair or transportation. We understand the implication for hauliers when load time is critical or where goods are perishable and act accordingly.

Our recovery vehicles utilise satellite navigation technology which enables:
•    Job details to be sent electronically to the appropriate recovery vehicle
•    Real-time information (location, ETA etc) to be fed to our control room and relayed to the customer
•    EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) to be used to pass information between motoring organisations, our control centre and individual fleet vehicles
